UConn basketball coaches Geno Auriemma and Dan Hurley and football coach Randy Edsall will be part of a four-stop UConn Huskies Coaches' Road Show in June.
The events are sponsored by UConn athletics and the UConn Foundation and are open to the public.
"I'm thrilled to now be part of the UConn family," Hurley said in a prepared release. "What a terrific opportunity for us to personally meet and greet UConn Nation to thank them for their support."
The first stop is the Glastonbury Boathouse on June 4, followed by the Stony Creek Brewery in Branford on June 5. A June 6 event at the Hearst Tower in New York follows and finally, the coaches will be at UConn's Stamford branch on June 7. The Connecticut events are from 6-8 p.m. with a fee of $25. The New York stop is 6:30-8:30 p.m. and costs $40.
"Our fans have played an important role in helping UConn athletics achieve the greatness it has over the last couple of decades," Auriemma said in the release. "We as an athletic department need to continue to remind our supporters how integral they are to our success."
Edsall added, "This is a great opportunity for me to talk about the productive spring our football team has had and my expectations for the 2018 season, which is right around the corner."
